Steps to Join Beta Alpha Psi

Thank you for your interest in joining Beta Alpha Psi.  Follow the steps below to join us!

Step 1 : Eligibility

Beta Alpha Psi is an Honors organization and there are various GPA requirements members have to meet before being able to join as an associate or candidate. Click Here to go to our requirements page and check if you’re eligible to join BAP! 

Step 2 : Orientation

All members are required to attend orientation. At orientation you will get in depth explanations of our point policy, requirements and an insight into the great events we have planned this semester. (Also you get POINTS! so you’re one step closer to becoming a member!). Click Here to check out our calendar and see which orientation date is best for you. 

Step 3: Filling out Forms

Before submitting your application, keep in mind you must apply for the position you’re eligible for. For example, if you qualify to be a candidate, you cannot apply as an associate. BAP requires our members to submit their advisement report to ensure they’ve met our GPA requirements. Please email your advisement report and transcript to internalaudit@uhbap.org . Our Internal Auditor will reach out to you once they’ve reviewed your report.

Step 4: Pay dues

Once you’ve been approved you’ll receive an email from our auditor. The final step is to pay dues. Dues are as follows

  • Associate: $35
  • Candidate: $85
  • Member:  $45

Please wait for an invoice via email from the Treasurer within a few days after you submitted your membership application in order to pay by credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Currently you cannot pay through the BAP website. 

No refunds will be given after the deadline.
